ASIA OUTLOOK: Regional stock markets likely lower, after sharp losses on Wall Street Friday, with investors spooked by SEC filing charges of civil fraud against Goldman Sachs. Asian financial stocks could lead losers, in line with their U.S. peers; resources stocks could also be pressured by sharp fall in commodity prices Friday. FX markets likely to see risk-off trades, which will pressure down EUR, help JPY vs USD. USD/JPY at 91.90 vs 92.15 in late NY trade Friday, EUR/USD at 1.3486 vs 1.3506, EUR/JPY at 123.92 vs 124.47. On data slate there's Japan consumer confidence survey at 0500 GMT, department store sales at 0530 GMT, RBI macroeconomic & monetary developments annual review at 1130 GMT. Later there's EU construction output,ECB annual report.
